Shipping Policy

Shipping Times:

Due to Covid-19 delays in shipping can cause a delay in receiving your order, as the supply chain is stressed. Rest assured, we are trying to get your parts to you as quickly as we can. Products that are in stock generally ship to you in 1-4 business days, this can vary due to stock levels within our Canadian warehouses. If a product is out of stock in our Canadian warehouses, then they will be sent from our US warehouses. This will increase shipping times to 7-14 business days, no hidden fees or duty will be charged on these orders. 

Increased delays in the supply chain, and availability mean that your order could take up to 3 months to arriveDon't hesitate to reach out for an update at any time.


We ship using a number of carriers, including; Canada Post, Fed-Ex, Loomis Express, as well as smaller local shipping companies in areas that are more remote.


Due to overweight/size items there are shipping exceptions. These items will NOT qualify for free shipping due to there respective size or weight, this can vary on location and generally costs $70-$100.

Lost or Damaged Goods:

Careful inspection of each product upon receipt is strongly recommended. Damaged products must be noted and claimed directly to the carrier at time of receipt. We are not responsible for 3rd party freight damage. However, we will assist you in every way that we can.

Missing Parts:

Careful inspection of each part is recommended. If you find any missing parts please communicate with the customer service departments within 24hrs of receiving stock. We may send the replacement parts from a distribution centre or directly from the vendor in lieu of a new item.
